By accessing or using Is Agentic, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Is Agentic is operated by Vercel. It accepts public URLs and displays automated assessments of how ready a site appears to be for AI agents. The underlying scan data is supplied through Ora's API. We may cache, archive, format, summarize, and publicly display those results, including recommendations and social cards.

Scores are informational snapshots, not certifications, audits, warranties, professional advice, security reviews, or promises that an agent can or cannot use a site. Results can be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or change when a site or Ora's methodology changes.

You agree that you will:

• submit only public HTTP or HTTPS URLs;
• have a lawful basis to request a scan and not use the service to harass, disrupt, or misrepresent another person or organization;
• not submit secrets, credentials, private endpoints, personal data, or URLs designed to bypass access controls;
• not probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, circumvent limits, or interfere with Is Agentic, Ora, or their infrastructure; and
• comply with applicable law and third-party rights.

By submitting a URL, you ask us and our providers to access publicly available information at or about that target and grant us permission to store and publish the resulting report. You retain any rights you have in the submitted material. You do not grant ownership of a site merely by scanning it.

Reports are public and may be indexed, cached, shared, or quoted. If you own or represent a scanned site and believe a report is unlawful, materially inaccurate, or should be removed, contact us with the URL and evidence of your authority.

Is Agentic's interface, branding, original copy, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Ora and other third parties retain their rights in their technology, data, marks, and services. You may link to and share public reports, but you may not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or a formal certification that has not been granted.

We may set or change usage limits, refuse a scan, remove content, suspend access, or modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may act when needed to protect users, third parties, our providers, or the reliability and security of the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or preservation of any report.

Is Agentic depends on services operated by Ora, Upstash, and others. Their own terms and policies govern their services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, content, methodology, outages, or changes. A score does not mean that Is Agentic, Ora, or Vercel endorses or is affiliated with the scanned site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Is Agentic is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or fitness of a score for a business decision.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vercel, its contributors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, reputational harm, or business interruption arising from the service or a report. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to use Is Agentic in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

We may update these terms. Material changes apply prospectively from the updated date shown above. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
